Wediko School

Clinical Supervisor:

Supervise and manage a milieu treatment group of 11 boys with emotional, behavioral, and learning issues.  Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or human services plus a minimum of 2 years experience with individual, group, and family therapy required.   Ph.D., Psy.D., LCMHC, or LICSW preferred.  Administrative and staff supervisory experience a plus.  Responsibilities include clinical supervision of a therapeutic milieu, case management, treatment coordination, and clinical documentation.

Custodian:

Custodian needed to work 2:00pm – 10:30pm in a school and treatment program.  Ability to work with minimal supervision and drivers license required.  Responsibilities include maintaining daily cleaning schedule, restocking of supplies, and assisting with day to day facility maintenance issues.  A background check is required for employment.

Residential Counselor (weekends and vacations):

Full time residential counselors needed for weekend and vacation coverage in a residential treatment program for children struggling with emotional, behavioral and learning issues.  Residential Counselors provide daily supervision, engage students in learning and recreational activities, teach daily life skills and social skills, assist in the crisis management of students and participate in the facilitation of daily activities. Bachelors degree in social work, education or human service preferred.  Residential Counselors qualify for Americorps Education award.

Assistant Teacher (day position):

Full time assistant teachers supervise students, assist lead teachers in the classroom, engage students in learning, teach daily life skills and skills, assist in the crisis management of students, and participate in the facilitation of daily activities. Sense of humor and ability to work well with children and adults needed.  Bachelors degree in social work, education or human service preferred.  Assistant Teachers qualify for AmeriCorps Education award.
